Help with a vintage designer fabric

Hello all! I'm wondering if anyone can help me identify the designer fabric from this dress. It's quite small and hard for me to make out the script writing. There are no other tags on the dress, it looks like they were cut out and the fabric is a lovely silk chiffon. Any help would be much appreciated!

That looks like Emilio to me, that is his standard signature...lovely Emilio Pucci!

Ah yes, how right you both are! Too bad it has the tags cut out. Do you think that greatly diminishes the worth of the dress?
