Help with astrakhan hat dating

Can't find anything really like this online. I thought I could date it by the union label, but the only info I can find is that the label started being used in 1934?

The inner construction appears to be late 1950s or 60s.

I know nothing about hats, not even what this kind of style would be called.

Style wise, I'd call it a Tam or Beret.
Other terms for Astrakhan would be Curly Lamb and Persian Lamb.
