Help with black dress. 20's?

Hi, is this demure little number from the 20's? It is black crepe with horizontal detailing across all of the front and a band on the back, and has a cute kicky skirt falling from the dropped waistline. It has no closures, and slips on over the head. Any general thoughts and dating info would be much appreciated. Thanks guys!!

Yes, I agree with '20s for this one - it's probably silk crepe.
