help with coat

So, I have a coat I need help with. The color feels very 70s to me, but the styling (including the shoulder pads) feels 80s. I'm leaning more towards the 80s just because the shoulder pads feel too big to me to be 70s shoulder pads, but I'd appreciate any thoughts. (The coat has no tags.)
