Help with dating a few items

Given my misadventures with a few items lately, here are a couple more things I'm uncertain about and hope to get some clarity on.

The jacket is interesting, it has a puffy shiny sort of brocade pattern that imitates reptile leather. I see it as 60s, but it has no labels and I've never been quite sure. The buttons are hollow brass domes.

The blouse, I recall someone questioning when I posted it here before. It is a synthetic plisse, and the sewing thread is also synthetic (based on burn tests). The dolman sleeves, nipped waist, cropped length, the neckline, the pointed fronts, are all elements I see in 40s/50s patterns but of course as I'm learning those were repeated later. It is handmade and has zig-zag and straight machine sewing and the hem is hand-sewn.

The vest, we have established is newer but I'm hoping someone might be able to point me to a general timeframe. Someone mentioned 90s/Y2K, is that right? It is handmade, no labels.

I can post more photos if needed.

Thanks in advance, continuing the journey of learning....

I would guess the jacket is newer than the 1960s. I would expect a leather jacket of that age to have bound buttonholes.

The blouse looks 80s to me.

Thanks, I too have concluded the blouse is probably 80s. The jacket is not leather but a brocade fabric that resembles leather.

Hm. I would guess it’s late 70s but I’m really not sure. Are the sleeves full length?
