Help with dating a Nutria (?) fur coat

Hi there everyone,
My best guess on the fur type is Nutria. I'm really uncertain as to date. The wider sleeve seems like coats from the 1930s and 40s, but it doesn't strike me as that old. I've had no search luck with 'according to hoyle' due to cross referencing with the Card game rules 'Hoyle'. Do you think that is a dyed fox collar or is natural?

It looks later 50s or even 60s to me, with that collar and the way the lining is jacquarded. The 40s furs I've seen have been lined in a solid color crepe.
