Help with dating a Valentino Boutique dress

I found a similar label from the eighties, but wonder if this might be 70's. It has tiny hidden side snaps that hid a nylon zipper, with an older pull.

I agree with Cin and Karin, the overall style of the dress is '80s. Maybe that "5/82" stands for May 1982?
