I don't know if there's a name for that sleeve (paging Hollis @pastperfect2 ) but the look is 1946-ish to my eye, with the way the sleeve emphasizes the shoulder. Are their shoulder pads?

I thought just a bit earlier than mid 1940s but Maggie is probably correct

Agree with Maggie: I would put this one just post-war, with some remnant '30s design features.
