Help with dating Broderie Anglaise eyelet dress

Can you help me confirm a date for this sweet dress? 1930s or 1940s? Fabric feels like rayon (didn't test it). Size Talon zipper. No labels. Ribbon pin not original to the dress.

So pretty....I think probably early 40s and it would have had a matching bolero. Let's see what others think about this one.

That is a beautiful dress. While of course it can be difficult to ascertain without handling it, I am getting a vibe from the post WWII time period, 1946 to 1948.
