Help with dating Le Girard Coat

I recently stumbled upon this Le Girard coat and could find nothing on the web about it.
I suspect it is vintage but not sure if it is. Any help with dating will be greatly appreciated. Also would like to know if the lining could be sheepskin. The label is faded so its hard to see.

Your label says the lining is polyester and acrylic, so not sheepskin.
