Help with dating Levi\'s jacket
Hi all,
Below is a recent purchase of my boyfriend's, the jacket is ever so lightly padded, with a red/black check lining to the body and under the collar.
I know the usual indications when dating jeans and regular jean jackets, but was wondering if the same 'rules' apply to the jean jacket variations like padded examples, or those with sheepskin, and also the cord ones?
This piece has the small e label, with 4 pockets, which puts it post-1980 I believe if I'm going on regular dating tips.. But it only has one row of stitching next to the bottom button, which is an indication of a 60s-'71 jacket.. So I'm not sure!
