help with dating norman hartnell dress

came across this norman hartnell dress in a pile of others....
first of all i thought 50's but noticed that the zip is not metal. plus when i had a proper look the design doesnt seem right...for the 50's what do you think..? i am now thinking.. 70's

also as anyone heard of the shop stewart ... as i have another dress from this shop..

I think it looks 60's? It's a similar lace to a couple of 60s dresses I’ve had. But I'm sure the experts will come along soon enough!
