help with dating peerless petticoat

i have had this peerless petticoat /full slip a while.... and will be listing it on ebay this evening.... just wanted to double check.... the date...... i thought it might be 50's....

what do you think?

I'm not good with lingerie but I wanted to say dang is that ever a beautiful piece! One thing that helps me date slips and petticoats is the metal slides on the shoulder straps.

thanks guys...........i must admit the photos dont do it justice.......it has the metal strap things......and it looks as though it hasnt been worn..... or if it has .....very little.....

plus its a big size..... so i am hoping it will find a good home.....
