help with dating plz - dress

I found this pretty red dress over the weekend. The label says Park Crest of Dallas. I've googled it and can't find a reference to it. It seems like silk chiffon over an acetate lining. There is no label content. The zipper is metal.

I also agree with early 60's mostly due to that high neckline. That color is exquisite and highly sought after! If you can get it on immediately it may do quite well for Valentines Day!!

I had a very similar dress--fitted bodice, full skirt with sheer overlay, and VERY deep hem--but it wasn't as pretty a color as yours...

Are my eyes playing tricks on me, or is there satin piping to the bodice, around the neckline and armholes?

Yes, there is a hot pink satin piping along the neck and sleeves.
