Help with dating these Levi's orange tab jeans

Hi,

I've got these orange tag Levi's, which I'd like help dating - I can't seem to find any other images online with the same style of leather label - it states UK Size 13 as well as Scand. Size 40.

They have the Talon 42 zipper, and LS & Co SF rivets. Unfortunately the care label has been cut out.

Any help would be great. Thanks in advance!
