I had some amazing 'granny boots' i wish I hadn't lost from the later 80's ....what is the 67? any idea? I love that heel. As a person with 'large' feet and fairly tall, I love that profile.

Nicole, we have loads of them in the UK! I just sold a Saxone pair in brown I described as Victorian style granny boots , they laced up to the ankle and had exactly the same shape as those above.

Lauren you see this victorian 'revival' style in alot of late 80's shoes with a chunky square or rectangular heel, sometimes slanting in under the arch of the shoe, the 90's ones go into interesting heels like yours, sometimes with balls & other weird shapes in the heel.
The 67 is something to do with the size, but sometimes its a code you can never work out! I've found the first number can refer to the size (which can be UK, US or Italian depending on where they were made or being sent to for sale) and the second can be a half size or heel size. (half size would be a 5, as in 6 1/2 would show as 65, but this isn't a solid rule you can apply to all pairs).
