help with dating this dress.....1960s?

Hi everyone,
I have this dress that I figure is 1960's....just checking and wondering if anyone knows of "Mister D".

Ha Ha...LBD....never heard that acronymn before. I am not sure, but the sleeves look original to me.
 
If you look inside, you can see - or you could post a photo. Basically, if the sleeves have been added, you will see an armhole facing like the one at the neck and the sleeves will be stitched on top of that - if they are original, there will be no facing, just a seam where the sleeves join the armhole. The stitching should match the rest of the dress.

LBD = Little Black Dress, a popular standard in the wardrobe of most stylish ladies. They form the basis of mine because I wear a lot of black.
 
Hi Nicole....it almost looks like the neckline has been altered too....the whole seam is sort of roughly sewn relative to the rest of the dress which is really nicely finished. Here are some sleeve shots.
