Help with dating velvet dress

Cant find anything similar or the same brand. I am a little confused as to date due to style and the way the tag looks.

Your dress looks late '70s to me: if you check the size you will probably find that it's smaller than a modern size 10.

In a seller's world it's often tagged "goddess," "disco," "mother of the bride," but I don't recall the name of the style per se.
