Help with floral coat

Hi~

I saw this from afar and initially thought it was a robe. As I examined it further, I realized that it was a coat. It's very well made and the lining feels like silk. I can't remember what this raised design is called. Do you think it's 60s?

Also, can someone tell me how to change my name on here? I no longer want to be Vintagecritter.

Thank you!

Kim

I agree with '60's. It was probably worn over a matching sheath dress.

I do not know how to change your name on the Forums. I suggest you start a thread with that title. I'm sure someone who knows will help you out!

Trapunto is a design that is quilted. It can be a single flower or design or it can be a complex design. The rest of the fabric is not quilted.
