Does it have a red stand up collar or is that your dress form? It's very striking. I couldn't say for sure on date, but I agree, it does have a 60s early 70s look to it.

I think it is small/medium-ish. I had found it at buffalo exchange.

Just checked the resource and it is the same a Lizzie's 70s label, exccept the script is slightly smaller.
