can someone please tell me what kind of hat is this called and what is it made from . It has 2 prongs 1 on each side of the hat

Kind of a diminished breton hat? Is there a label? Normally I would guess straw, but that looks pretty shiny - some kind of synthetic. All this coming from someone who knows very little about hats. :clueless:
