Help with ID-ing kind of jewellery?

I'd like to know what kind of style this choker/necklace is. I'd like to find something like it but I haven't had any luck.

It's a little difficult to see details in the photos. If you could show a little clearer and close up photos of the piece it might be help identifying. Also, what type of catch does it have? Sometimes this helps in dating, but then again, catches can be replaced. Are the center stones glass or lucite? They appear to be faceted but it's hard to tell from the photos. I can't see the details of the metal findings. Makers can often be identified by the findings that are used. So, if you could show the choker front and back and not being worn, it may be helpful.
