Help with info on a Raphael bag

I picked this up a few years ago and haven’t carried it yet. I’m purging my bags and I’m finding it hard to part with this. It’s a little rough but is it worth investing any time or money to get her prettied up? I can’t find any info on the designer.

I’m assuming that it was made in Koln and May be a hint to the age? No markings anywhere but it’s a soft leather and I believe the lining is also leather.

The bag looks 80s to me. There is what looks to be a high-end shoe boutique called Raphael in Cologne (Köln), located on Hohe Strasse. It's possible that's the same shop, if it has been around that long. Maybe there were once shoes that matched the bag - that used to be a thing and I can see a shoe boutique carrying something like that too.
