Hi all!
I'm hoping someone can help. I recently acquired this beautiful dress, but I'm not 100% sure of the era and wanted to see if anyone has seen this label before? Any information would be great about the label and era of the dress. Thank you!!

Ooooh, that's lovely!
I'm going to go with 1930s on this one. Google "1930s ruffled dress" and look at the images, there are many examples similar to your dress. Also, is that zipper pull marked? It's very like a Talon pull from the 30s. The fabric looks like a nice cotton voile.
The one thing that is throwing me is the long center back zipper, I would have expected a side zip. I look forward to seeing more opinions. :)

Hi all! Thank you so much for your help! I was thinking late 1930s as well, and I'm glad to hear your thoughts! The zipper is indeed a Talon zipper. After a closer look, I found the letters on the label say, DCSB. I've found a few dresses via Google with the label, but I'm still trying to find out the meaning. Thanks again! :-)

Lovely! It's very Scarlett-like (her picnic dress). That neo-Victorian style was huge around GWTW time. The movie came out in 1939. I think the book was 1936. Agree late 30s!
