Help with label on 60's dress

Hey ya'll, hoping somebody can help with reading the label on this 1960's mini dress....Haii or Ham...? No info found on Google for either. Maybe it's just one of those no names, but thought I'd check in. Any insight on this one would be great. Thanks!

Maybe it's Hann? Maybe German? The size 36 could point that way. What are the measurements? I could check if that corresponds to a German size 36 of the time. It would be smaller today, more like a current 34 or even a bit smaller.
