I see the word Brevise (or possibly Brevile).
Googling Brevise model coat does bring up a couple other examples with this label, but I've not found any useful info.
Hopefully, others here will be more helpful.

It’s Brevise and I see a number of ads for them from England ranging from 1955 to 1975. They were coats for the shorter figure (5’2” and under)
