Help with lace dress/gown please!

Greetings from northwest New Mexico! I'm looking some direction on identifying this lace dress/gown that was in a bag of lace my wife purchased at an estate sale. I was hoping someone here could get me pointed in the right direction as far as identifying what we have. I know nothing about vintage ladies clothing so anything you could tell me would be appreciated. My wife feels it may date to the 1920's - 1930's? Hoping for help! God bless - Mark

Thank you so much Brooke (and for the kind comments from others!). I would have never figured that out on my own. In doing some more research on what you described the dress as I find I have a lot of questions. Since we will be selling this dress I'd like to get the description as accurate as I can. Do you think this dress was always this golden color or has the passage of time done that? Is there a name for the "wing" that falls off the left shoulder? In looking at 1920's net and filet dresses I see that the values are pretty varied - how do you go about placing a value on these types of dresses? This dress is need of some restoration - the underneath side of the arm openings are both torn. I'm sure that will affect the value? So many questions! Thank you again.
