Help with Necklace Dating and Type

Hello!
I'm looking for some help identifying the date and origin of this necklace. I know I've seen this style before but I'm having a hard time coming up with the right descriptors for it. The material definitely feels like a real stone, not heavy plastic. Any help would be great, thanks!

It looks like Mexican white onyx and carved with traditional Tiki/Aztec style motif. Oftentimes it's difficult to date these, since they're still being made, however much of these larger more substantial ones are mid-century.

It looks like Mexican Alabaster to me.
