Help with Older? Fringe

Would appreciate help with age and header description for these ivory cotton fringe pieces. Italian? Came from a large lot of 90% Italian linens and laces.

These are simple yet have a nice header with quite a bit of detail. 2 pcs measuring 21" x 3-1/2".

In my extensive search I found many, fancier and more simple, but nowhere did I find ones like this...

The style is a typical upholstery/drapery fringe trim, still made today. This makes dating difficult. Probably about the same date as your shade pulls, but could be newer than those. If it is linen, I suspect it is older.
