Help With SAINT CLAIR For Thayer Cigarette Smoking Blouse

hello vintage lovers !

i have this super cool Italian top with a cigarette smoking theme.

the label is Saint Clair, Paris, for Thayer. Made in Italy.

it seems to be very 1970's. i checked the label resource but didn't see anything under Thayer or Saint Clair.

it's a light as silk acetate/nylon blend.

any thoughts ?

I love that shirt! I realize the whole smoking thing is taboo but I love patterns/themes like this. Will watch for you to post as I have a friend who would snap this up in a second.
 
Those illustrated nostalgia prints were in fashion about 1975-77. I had quite a few at the time and loved them. It's probably polyester, or at least that's what they're usually made of. It could be another fibre, perhaps look down the side seams for a content label? It should be there somewhere.
