Help with this Givenchy Bergdorf Goodman Dress!!

I found this dress at the thrift store the other day. Bergdorf Goodman Couture Givenchy label with an attached under label with info on it. I am new to high-end designers and cannot figure out when this dress may have been made, how much it cost, vintage or no, ect. Can anyone help me decipher the label and any information on it?! I am looking to resell it but don't know what price point to put it at. TIA!

Thank you! It looks like it may be from the 90s judging on the other labels I've seen. Do you know since it's a Bergdorf Goodman if it would worth anymore?

Givenchy is Givenchy... I don't think the BG label adds anything to its value.
