Help With Vintage Levi's Sierra Humps and Saddlery

I found a pair of Vintage Levi's Bellbottoms/Wideleg Pants with a nice colored Sierra Humps and Saddlery Patch on the back.

I'm having trouble finding any information on these.

If anyone out there is a Levi's Expert and could tell me any thing about these?
