Help with vintage mesh purse repair

Hello, I wondered whether any of you experts could help me out here on finding a reputable restorer who specialises in antique mesh purses.

I've got a classic gold mesh 1930s purse, similiar to Whiting and Davis style but it has several repair issues with it and would like to know where I might be able to find someone in the UK who could have a look at it.

Any advice welcome. Thank you!

You might try checking with a jeweler in your area, if you have one that is an "old school" type, with a real jeweler on staff....a Mom and Pop sort of place, not Zales or something like that from the mall.
The real artisan jeweler may be able to help with the wire mesh, and would have the tools for working with small wire mesh.

yes l had a chain link one, in epns and took it to the jeweller, pricey he was though , to link up the few little links and solder the hinge back properly cost me £60 and it being epns, these can be picke dup for £1's here....but it was given to me and l dont intend to sell it..soo....
