Hi all! Questions about a coat I just bought

I just bought this coat at a thrift store and have no idea what it is. The tag appears to say Maramures.

I'd really appreciate any info anyone could give me.

That is shearling which made from sheared lambs. Super warm and durable and a great find as they were very pricey brand new!

Shearling: The hide of a one-year-old Lamb that has been shorn once. The outside of the coat is soft suede leather with the inside a warm layer of wool. Shearling coats are desirable for warmth and ability to keep out wind.

The name Maramures is a region in Romania.

Thank you all so much for the info. I thought it was shearling but the girl at the store told me it couldn't be because of the spots on the lining.
