Hi. My name is Rhonda. I need help. My mother recently had a major stroke and I am now her full time caregiver which means I can not work right now. I am trying to sell some of the jewelry my mom collected 15 years ago when she was doing Ebay but she knew her stuff. I do not! I am trying to learn. I have download some apps and done a lot of research on the internet. I need to get the items on Ebay to pay some of our bills an her care expenses. I have a few pair of earrings I wanted to know if they are designer most of them look like Weiss to me but I could be very wrong. I already sold a pair of what i know now to be Julianna earrings for like $6 it made want to cry. If anyone out her can help me I would be more than grateful. I would take it to a jeweler but I have only left the house 5 times in 80 days. I appreciate your time and expertise.

Hi Rhonda, and welcome. I'm so sorry to hear about your mum, that's a tough situation for both of you. Your mum has some lovely earrings! As I mainly sell clothing, please take the following as some ideas, rather than gospel. There will be other members who'll know much more on this subject, so hopefully they will be able to help more.

PHOTO 1
Top: The pink crescent earrings look very similar to a Hattie Carnegie design on Etsy, which are signed on the back. As far as I can see, your earrings are unsigned - it could be that the design was copied, however some HC pieces were unsigned and sold with a paper label, which was usually removed when they were worn, so maybe they actually are HC.

Bottom: these earrigns do look a bit similar to some Weiss designs, although I didn't find any that matched. They appear to be milk glass with rhinestones - perhaps circa 1950s?

EDIT: PHOTO 5 (not photo 3!)
Right: there are some Juliana D&E earrings that seem to match these, currently being sold on ebay, along with a wreath pin brooch, for $74.99 - whether that price is in the right ball park, or not, I have no idea! Here's a guide to Identifying DeLizza & Elster (Juliana) Jewelry 101, which you many find useful.

There is lots of other information on the Costume Jewelry Collectors International (CJCI) website.

OH Thank you so very much for your time I truly truly appreciate it! I thought it may Hattie Carnegie! Mom always bought those styles. Unfortunately she is unable to communicate to tell me:no:. I appreciate your kind words!
