These are awesome! I would also date these to the 70s. You have an orange tag and care tag-US law started enforcing the addition of care tags in 1971, so you can date that vest somewhere after that. I sold a pair of buckle back Levi's with the same metal plate, they were from the mid 70s. Also, the elongated collar is a dead giveaway for 70s with that shirt. Hope this helps!
