It looks like some sort of deer or impala...not sure exactly. Hopefully someone else will be along to help out with this one.

Hamster fur ?! Would never have guessed in a million years. We learn something new here everyday.

Oh dear. Thats is a lot of little hamsters. 
The first time I came across a fur garment like this and was told it was hamster I thought the person was crazy because I didn't think hamsters looked like that at all. Low and behold after my own research I found that it was black bellied hamster which is from Europe.
