is this a earlier Valentino piece? More mid-60s rather than late?

I love that it has his signature V on the belt!

I hope you can read this, it is from Palm Beach Daily News of May 27, 1990. According to this, Martha Boutique introduced Valentino to the American market. Although I don't see a date in this article, the earliest ads I can find with Valentino at Martha date from 1967.
