Hi. It\'s been awhile

Hello to you all.

Some of you may remember me from a few years back. I took a few years away from Ebay and I've recently started back again.
It's good to see you all still here. I've been turned down for membership for the time being, but I still believe in all that the VFG stood for then and still does from what I can see.
I hope to add to the discussions here and learn as I go.
Take care,
Baron

Thanks!

I'm taking a couple weeks off from listing and participating in discussions. I'm getting married April 12th in New Orleans. When I get back it'll be back to work to help pay for all the new baby stuff I need to buy. :fainting:

I hope you are wearing vintage to the wedding.

Oh yes, of course. I'll post pics when I get back.
I have a vintage tux with tails, (think Fred Astaire) from 1944 and a beaver fur top hat from 1960.
The tux has a name and the date written on one of the pants pockets, and it fits me like it was tailored for me.
Well, at least it did a few pounds ago.

Here's a picture from our wedding. It went off without a hitch and we had a wonderful time dancing in the streets of New Orleans during French Quarter fest.

The two of you look truly happy! Congratulations and Best Wishes to a wonderful first year!
Did you happen to get married by Rev. Tony Talavera, Ambassador of Romance at the French Quarter Wedding Chapel? If so, he's a really cool guy and loves vintage.

Yes, Reverend Tony did the ceremony. He is a cool guy.
