Hiya! Got a ? \'bout a label...

LTNS.....

I have a great nylon blouse from the 50's that I wanna list, but some of the label is sewn into the collar. I'm not about to loosen the stitches just to see what it says.

I was hoping maybe someone here has run across the label before?

I'm 99% sure it says "lovely lady" and the designer/vendor is ________ Major?

Whatcha think?

Leisa, I've not seen that label, but my guess would be "by major" as there is about room for one letter as it appears.

You're probably right, Maggie. It's either that or Gay Major. I don't know why, but "Gay Major" rings a bell somewhere waaaaaaaaay deep in my memory.

well, it didn't get listed on the 10¢ day, so I'll just tell 'em to guess. LOL
