Homesewn button down floral pattern

I really liked this top but it doesn't have much shape. Great buttons and pattern. Wondering if anyone could help me narrow down its date. From style alone.

My best guess is 60s to 80s .

fwiw, I'd just like to clarify a term that i see used incorrectly a lot (including my grandson) calling button front blouses and shirts "button downs". A "button down" shirt refers to the collar tabs being buttoned down. like this:

that's why i pointed it out...it is used (incorrectly) a LOT now. I have no idea who started using it incorrectly, but they did a very good job of spreading their version around.
