Hello! This handmade garment is made of polyester and has no care instructions so I was wondering if it was from the 60's? I'm having trouble finding anything about the brand. Thank you

My guess it is early to mid 70s. The term "Ms." was not part of the lexicon in the 1960s, at least not so generally as to make it to a clothing label.
