Horrockses dress

Could anyone help to authenticate and date this Horrockses dress for me? It came from an elderly lady who was having a clear out. It has the Horrockses label inside but also a Richards Shops label. It looks late 1950s to me, but I'm not an expert on 50s fashion, so hope someone can shed further light on this pretty summer dress Some photos are below.

For various reasons we can't authenticate here. However a little internet research shows that Richard Shops did sell Horrockses dresses, and I found another example with the same combination of labels. Therefore, the two labels in themselves give no reason to think it isn't authentic.
