Houston Fashion History?

Found an incredibly well made cocktail dress that I'm thinking is from the late 60s. Did a little research and found that is was originally made/sold in a boutique that sort of was a catalyst for the growth of designer fashion in Houston. The owners (husband and wife) were very involved in the fashion community and have continued philanthropic efforts for the city of Houston even after the death of the husband. I'm so fascinated by all of the history...
Anyway, high end fabrics, has history within my city, very well made... how would you go about pricing something like this? I can't find anything else from that boutique for reference. (I'll add more photos to thread once I resize them)
