How old is this beautiful handknitted beaded dress?

I love this dress. Can you please help me date it? Maybe early 60s? Have you heard of the designer? There is a metal zipper in back and a belt. Would this be considered a cheongsam or qipao?

Beautiful! No idea on dating or on the label. IMHO, I would call this style inspired by the cheongsam or qipao.
