How old is this dress?

Hello everybody! I am new here I got this dress at a huge flea market and bought it because I liked the style, the fabric and color.
Maybe a little bit 20s 30s look?
There are no tags or anything. It is a heavy lenght wrinkled fabric. Any ideas when this dress is from?

Hard to really see - the buttons look fairly new. My first thought was Laura Ashley, but I'm sure that would have a label.

Ah! Highly possible! Who knows.. maybe the tag was just removed.

I agree it's a Laura Ashley style but I think this is home made as they never used this fabric for this type of dress. Normally this style (from the 1980's) would be in cotton, brushed cotton, corduroy. The crinkle fabric is more reminiscent of the 1990's though so that is when I'd say this was made.
