How should I be pricing / promoting my shop, as a new seller?

Hi!
How much should I be taking in to account sellers' recognition? I have an etsy shop, and an instagram I plan to be posting more consistently on. I own about 100 items, total and plan to list/post all 100.

50 or so are up on etsy and have posts on IG. My items are priced in the higher to middle end of the spectrum. Currently, for deciding on a starting price, I mostly use other sellers' price points taking into account: condition, desirability and saturation on the market. Is there anything I'm missing?

It's always worth looking at sold prices, on eBay or other places, so you know what something has actually sold for rather than what the seller hopes to get.

Also, if you price too high, you can always come down, so it's usually better to over estimate then correct if necessary.

Exactly what Ruth has said, I'd also add in checking current sites like Vogue, and seeing what's on the catwalk as that will affect desirability, e.g monochrome, leather and denim/bright coloured patchwork are all in at the moment.
