How to market this hat, keyword help

I've never sold a hat before, and know very little about them. I suppose my question is how to sell this hat and what to call it. It's a such an unusual shape I’m at a bit of a loss at writing the title- is there a particular name for this style of hat?
Also am I right at dating this as 1950's? Thanks,

I'm afraid I don't know much about hats, but it looks like a feathered beehive - quite unusual and neat!

It definitely does look like a feathered beehive...I think these are called behive hats...the coloring however is ever so raspberry swirl.....

I find having the hat on a head, even a foam one, will give people a better idea of the shape and how it sits. If you have a friend willing to let you photo her in it, even from the back and side if not the face, it will help a lot.

I would keyword this with vintage 50s, red, feather swirl, and hat, of course. It looks like it might be of the "cracked egg" variety or a sculpted shape that wraps around the head with an uneven brim line.

It would help to see it on a mannequin head. If it fits close to the head, it could be called a toque or cloche.
