How to Measure a Wrap Around Skirt?

I never was into wrap around skirts and I have one to list but I can't figure out how to measure it! LOL

I would just measure the waist around as how it fastens, giving the least to the most it will withstand and still look good. Does it just tie or does it button, too?

The ties thread through a hole in the waistband and ties. There are no buttons.

Thanks for the idea of a range of sizes, I don't know why I didn't think of it. I guess that's the precise measurer coming out in me!
