How would you clean a white uniform with patches?

Hey all. We have some yellowed WWII WAVES uniforms that were formerly (in a very past life!) brilliantly white.

Normally I would soak in retroclean, but I’m afraid the various colored patches on it will run, disintegrate, etc., and I’d like to avoid having to remove all of them and reattach.

How do you go about this? I have no clue!!

I would dry clean this. Many dry cleaners are familiar with working on uniforms with patches.
